For a true touring enduro, the original engine guard is significantly undersized.
Touratech’s large engine guard for the Triumph Tiger 800XC is intended for use on long trips. This solid, welded engine guard from Touratech is made from robust 4 mm aluminium. It covers the entire unprotected area of the engine from the oil drain plug almost all the way up to the radiator guard. As a result, the engine is safe from damage if the bike bottoms out on rocks, stones or tree stumps.
The Touratech engine guard bolts onto the original mounting points. All installation materials are included, except where the original bolts are used.
An opening for the oil drain plug lets you change the engine oil without removing the engine guard.
Note: Does Not fit with the original crash bars from Triumph
