Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be pre-authorised by calling (03) 5729 5529 or emailing email@example.com for confirmation. Returns sent without authorisation will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.
For warranty replacement please contact us on (03) 5729 5529 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return authorisation. A copy of the sales receipt must be included. Returns sent without authorisation will be refused. Most products we sell are warranted for one-year from date of delivery.
