New Fresh Touch material
Unchanged from the Touratech standard, we also use the tried and tested Fresh Touch technology on the seats of the R1300GS. The seat remains demonstrably up to 10 degrees Celsius cooler than comparable covers from other manufacturers. The structure of the material is new, which is non-slip, easy to clean and, last but not least, a real eye-catcher. The subtle aluminum-gray line picks up elements of the BMW and fits elegantly into the design of the BMW.
Plug & Play heating function
The Touratech pillion seat for the R1300GS is an easily replaceable alternative to the BMW seat. Thanks to the appropriate connectors, the heating can be connected in seconds. For operation, we have installed a switch that is identical to the one used by BMW in the original seat. Modern processing technologies allow the heating mat to be evenly embedded in the seat foam. In terms of effectiveness and uniformity of the heating output, the Touratech comfort seat sets new standards.
Ergonomic design and high-quality foams
The Touratech pillion seat has a core made of high-quality foams, the properties of which are adapted using individual recipes depending on the thickness of the padding.
The ergonomically optimized design allows the passenger to enjoy longer stages in comfort.
The sophisticated design means that the option of longitudinal adjustment was not necessary. This guarantees a rock-solid hold and gives the pillion passenger a greater sense of security.
